Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks an Analyst, Logistics to develop actionable analyses that improve productivity and efficiency across operations. You will maintain databases, generate metrics, and prepare reports to support data-driven decisions in a dynamic global company.

The role requires at least 1 year in supply chain or logistics, strong Excel/Access skills, and experience with SAP and WMS. Monday–Friday 2:30pm–10:30pm on second shift, on site in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1 year of experience in supply chain or logistics.
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills; ability to create reports.
• Experience extracting data from SAP and using Excel/Access to build reports.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order management applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operational analyses of services, projects or general business functions.
• Maintain databases; extract information and develop metrics and scorecards to measure and improve overall performance.
• Research operations, including performance and productivity data, error rates and root causes; review reports to identify operational issues across departments.
• Prepare related reports, graphs, charts, presentations and other documents to support analyses.
• Utilize systems and software to develop and maintain reporting tools to support business decisions.
• Perform supplier and location waste walks to generate cost-saving ideas for the pipeline.
