GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations PMO Analyst in Union City, GA to provide operational support and data-driven insights to optimize our logistics performance within GXO's NASA operations.

You will drive rigorous reporting standards and coordinate cross-functional processes to support project goals. This 1st shift role involves maintaining project dashboards, collaborating with site leaders, and preparing Weekly/Monthly Business Review materials, ensuring accurate, compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year of experience in supply chain, operations or project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Access and Project.

Responsibilities

• Analyze weekly and monthly operational metrics and lead reviews with the customer.
• Maintain dashboards and tracking tools to ensure real-time visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and update processes within scope of work.
• Collaborate with site leaders to ensure accuracy of data and leadership escalation paths.
• Prepare Weekly Business Review and Monthly Business Review decks.
• Identify gaps in metric reporting and address gaps with leadership.
• Assist in preparation for GXO Leadership Conference.
