Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehousing activities to meet KPI targets.
• Plan daily work and assign duties to warehouse staff.
• Develop and implement systems for safe, cost-effective operations.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff; manage performance and HR activities.
