Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an Operations Supervisor, Planning to oversee inbound, outbound, international product slotting and customer communications. You will schedule labor, optimize space, manage equipment and staffing under the Operations Manager.

You will hire and train staff, conduct performance reviews, ensure safety and quality, and drive cost savings while meeting client KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Preferred: prior MHE certification or knowledge of basic MHE operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily inbound/outbound operations and scheduling.
• Communicate with senior management and clients.
• Develop systems for safe, efficient operations and meet KPI targets.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure SOP compliance and cost/objective alignment.
