Job summary

ArcBest is seeking a Planning Coordinator for Managed Operations in Fort Smith, AR. You will analyze data in our TMS to identify inefficiencies, support dynamic transportation solutions, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and carriers to meet service requirements.

You will collaborate with multiple ArcBest divisions to implement process improvements, maintain documentation, and monitor shipments while ensuring timely invoicing and carrier payments.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Transportation Management System (TMS) to analyze and optimize shipments.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify inefficiencies and cost savings.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as voice of Managed Operations customer inside ArcBest.
• Execute predefined Managed Transportation solutions using the TMS platform.
• Liaise between customers, providers, and carriers to support logistics needs.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve issues impacting multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments to carriers.
