Job summary

ARMADA Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to arrange, track, and communicate the status of shipments across pickup and delivery points. You will utilize Armada’s TMS and preferred carriers to optimize service, secure capacity, and manage transportation modes.

Responsibilities include tendering shipments, monitoring performance, resolving delays, and maintaining clear communications with carriers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years experience in customer service or transportation, operations experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with TMS tools and logistics terminology

Responsibilities

• Arrange and tender shipments using TMS to optimize service, capacity and cost
• Monitor shipments for on-time pickup and communicate results to stakeholders
• Coordinate issue resolution and escalation with carriers and internal teams
