Job summary

ProLogistix, part of Employbridge, is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator to join a fast-paced logistics environment. You will serve as the primary contact for vendors and clients regarding employee issues, educate on guidelines, and ensure timely resolution of workforce matters.

You will also run data-driven reports, participate in safety and onboarding activities, and support payroll, attendance, and performance reviews in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues
• Ensures all employee issues are handled promptly and appropriately
• Coordinates resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners
• Delivers client-oriented new hire orientations
• Prepares onboarding documents and ensures compliance before start
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges
• Supports safety observations and incident investigations
• Coaches associates on attendance policies and conducts performance reviews
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance and wage compliance
• Conducts onboarding, I-9s, and background checks
