Job summary

ProLogistix seeks a Staff Performance Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced logistics setting. You will be the first point of contact for vendors and clients on employee issues, coordinate onboarding, and drive performance through data-driven reviews and coaching.

You will handle payroll processes, attendance compliance, and partner with safety and operations teams to meet daily goals. A high-energy, team-focused candidate with HR experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• HR experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with data reporting tools (Power BI, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for handling issues.
• Ensure timely and appropriate handling of employee issues.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and clients.
• Manage onboarding documents and pre-start requirements.
• Run reports to identify workforce challenges and escalate as needed.
• Assist in safety meetings and document safety incidents and observations.
• Coach associates on attendance policies and conduct performance reviews.
• Process payroll and track attendance and wage compliance.
• Guide candidates during facility tours and onboarding steps.
• Support daily order fill goals in whiteboard meetings.
• Conduct onboarding, I-9s and background checks.
