Job summary

Paxon, part of Radial, is hiring an Order Resolution Specialist for its fulfillment center. You will handle vendor compliance, email dispositions, and VAS coordination under supervision. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork within a busy distribution environment.

You will work with WMS systems and RF devices, perform cycle counts, and prepare daily performance reports. The position requires physical stamina and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years warehousing or distribution experience preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and problem solving.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Check and document the work of others according to guidelines.
• Maintain cycle counts and QA programs.
• Reconcile and report audit discrepancies.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly metric reports.
• Understand and work with WMS and Command Center.
• Work with RF equipment as needed.
• Support quality management programs and audits.
• Audit inbound/outbound shipments daily per requirements.
• Assist FC team and maintain attendance, safety and conduct standards.
