Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations and a large volume of day-to-day reports through the life cycle of customer orders.
• Build relationships with the Key Account control tower staff and service according to daily requirements.
• Ensure a large number of customer and carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination to support product inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders internally and externally.
• Process order setup via internal system, including EDI feeds or manual creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and monitor inventory levels.
