Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor lithium-ion battery inventory and storage thresholds to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with teams to identify and resolve storage concerns and material movements.
• Analyze material flow to identify gaps and improve efficiency.
• Support daily material distribution and prioritize expedited requests.
• Manage daily material expedite requests and coordinate with drivers and warehousing.
• Develop and analyze operational metrics for material movement and accuracy.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions related to handling and inventory.
• Collaborate with leadership to standardize processes and drive improvements.
• Assist with onboarding and training for material handling personnel.
• Maintain standard work instructions and process documentation.
• Support regulatory compliance, audits, and accountability requirements.
• Participate in daily operational reviews to identify risks and propose solutions.
