RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a GFM/Depot Inventory Compliance leader to drive compliance, cost, and performance across multiple depot sites in Tucson, AZ. You will guide a team, partner with Property, Logistics, Finance, and Production Control, and influence senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, and knowledge of DOE/DFAR governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations and/or Inventory Management.
• Experience collaborating with executives, suppliers, and customers.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute Inventory Compliance strategies with leadership alignment.
• Harmonize best practices across Supply Chain and Factory Logistics.
• Build relationships with Property, Logistics, Finance, Production Control and partners.
• Support audits and financial reviews related to DFAR-governed systems.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement using CORE framework.
• Create business cases and savings plans for inventory compliance.
• Drive process innovation to reduce cost and improve compliance.
• Define future-state depot-site inventory compliance operations.
