Job summary

SEFL is seeking an entry-level Management Trainee to join its Operations Management Trainee Program. This 16-week intensive training prepares you for leadership roles, with relocation after the program. You will interface with Support Center and Service Center staff and accompany an Account Manager on sales calls.

A Bachelor’s in Transportation or Logistics or two years of related experience is required. Starting pay ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, with location and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or 2 years of related work experience.
• An acceptable driving history that aligns with company standards.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Learn core operations through the Management Trainee Program.
• Accompany Account Manager during customer sales calls.
• Observe drivers on local routes to understand freight delivery.
