Job summary

The sefl Management Trainee Program offers a 16-week intensive training track to prepare you for leadership roles in our operations and logistics network. You will learn essential transportation principles, cross-dock operations, and effective leadership communication under a mentor.

Completion leads to relocation to a facility for your first supervisory role; you will gain exposure to account management activities and driver route observations to deepen your freight process understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics or 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to relocate as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week Operations/Logistics training program to learn core transportation and cross-dock operations.
• Work with a mentor to develop leadership communication and relationship-building skills.
• Relocation to another facility will be required after program completion for your first supervisory role in operations.
• Accompany Account Managers on customer sales calls and observe drivers on local routes when possible.
