Job summary

sefl is seeking a Management Trainee for its Operations Management Trainee Program. This entry-level role includes a 16-week training plan to prepare you for a leadership role in operations, under a mentor.

You may relocate after the program to step into a leadership position and will observe and assist with customer interactions and driver routes. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Transportation or Logistics or two years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics required.
• Two years of related work experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to relocate as needed and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic principles of transportation and efficient cross-dock operations.
• Under mentor guidance, complete 16-week Leadership/Supervisory training.
• Relocate to another facility after program; accompany Account Manager on sales calls and drivers on routes.
