Job summary

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily logistics and distribution operations. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate planning, monitor delivery and return orders, and ensure efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment.

• Routing experience; Dispatch Track software experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process daily return shipments to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight.
• Review and manage daily return reports and Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation to maintain shipment visibility and accountability.
• Maintain an organized returns area, ensuring all shipments are clearly identified and easily accessible.
• Strategically prioritize freight for loading to maximize trailer utilization and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Hub Operations teams to support seamless transportation activities.
• Collaborate with corporate partners and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Assist with customer service inquiries by providing timely and professional support.
• Contribute to overall operational success by supporting additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
