Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support role to assist the manager in planning and monitoring overall delivery and return orders. You will work closely with warehouse staff and provide direction for pulling returns from warehouse locations.

Responsibilities include resolving billing issues, researching missing PODs, tracking driver ATDs and returns, and maintaining driver performance while coordinating outbound shipments and quotes. Strong MS Office and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in transportation routing/dispatching in logistics.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve billing issues with Operations.
• Review, research, and resolve Missing PODs.
• Receive, research, process, and track driver ATDs.
• Receive, review, process, track returns.
• Monitor and maintain each assigned driver.
• Routing/Attaching outbound shipments.
• Quoting new shipments.
• Communicate with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
• High Volume Data Entry.
• Assist with customer service issues as they arise.
• Follow-up with Operations with billing-related issues.
