Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Logistics Operator to coordinate ocean, air and trucking freight with carriers and 3PLs. You will support fulfillment and distribution, maintain SOPs, and analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvements while ensuring import operations and customs compliance.

You will build strong carrier and internal team relationships, resolve freight issues, and travel up to 10% as needed to support operations and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean import) preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Experience with import operations and customs compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean, air and trucking freight with carriers, 3rd party logistics providers.
• Manage and support fulfillment & distribution activities.
• SOP/Work Instructions maintenance and ensure SOP compliance.
• Build relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve freight issues.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and support continuous improvements.
• Continuously evaluate logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and support long-term growth.
