• Average Annual Starting Pay: $50,000-$60,000 (pay may vary by location, experience, and qualifications).

Responsibilities

• Learn basic principles of the transportation industry and efficient cross-dock operations.
• Develop leadership communication and relationship-building skills under a mentor.
• Relocate after program to first leadership role in Operations.
• Accompany and observe an Account Manager during customer sales calls and drivers on local routes.
