Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics or 2+ years related experience.
• Valid driving history per company standards.
• Willingness to relocate as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of transportation and cross-dock operations under a mentor.
• Prepare for leadership/supervisory roles through the 16-week program.
• Shadow Account Manager on customer sales calls and observe operations.
• Relocate to a different facility after program to start leadership role.
• Interface with Support Center/Service Center during training.
