Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of experience in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Forklift training certification is preferred.
• Strong MS Office and RF scanning/WMS skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise inbound, outbound, and slotting activities.
• Manage labor scheduling and space utilization to meet KPIs.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across operations.
• Coordinate with client and management to meet service goals.
