Job summary

You will collaborate with the Logistics Manager to plan processes, establish schedules, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement while promoting safety, labor relations, and engagement across a diverse team.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• DOT Regulated No.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes, in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, to meet standards and customer specifications.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of workers to ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and collaborate with customer in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and foster coaching, development and recognition of staff.
