Job summary

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.
• 0-1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift coverage.
• Ensure KPI performance and drive operational improvements.
• Collaborate with customers across operations.
• Conduct team coaching, performance reviews and recognize successes.
