Job summary

• Transportation management background with leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to travel, adhere to schedule, and pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards, interview hourly associates and provide hire recommendations.
• Supervise logistics operations including dispatch, freight handling, and documentation.
• Monitor attendance and productivity; provide counseling or recognition as needed.
• Review truck runs, schedules, and coordination with customers and private fleet utilization.
• Ensure safety compliance and accurate records; support training and coverage as needed.
