Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking an operations supervisor to lead hourly associates and CDL drivers at our Indianapolis location. You will oversee daily processes, scheduling, and cross‑dock activities to meet service goals and cost objectives, while guiding performance, safety, and accuracy in documentation.

You will partner with site leaders, review runs, manage attendance, and support hiring and training efforts.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Advanced MS Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise hourly workforce.
• Schedule and manage driver deliveries.
• Coach and counsel associates.
