Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a Logistics Supervisory professional to oversee staffing, lead a team of leads and agents, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and safety within the operations floor. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• AA degree or equivalent; 6 months–1 year related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds.
• Must work weekends, holidays, and days off as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Direct leads and agents within the assigned functional area and advise on staffing requirements.
• Oversee and administer discipline or corrective action for subordinates.
• Act as liaison between Leads/Agents and upper management.
• Proactively monitor employees’ work to ensure customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and employee relations standards.
