Responsibilities

• Direct Internet shipping processes including picking, sorting, packing, and processing.
• Monitor merchandise loading, staging, shipping reports, and shipment readiness.
• Lead and supervise shipping agents.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and 5S warehouse principles.
• Ensure safety and compliance practices meet DOT and OSHA standards.
