Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience Logistics, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Supervisor training or verified people leadership training
• HSE mandatory training completed, with focus on warehouse safety standards
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
• Experience operating and loading heavy equipment
• Background in transportation and logistics preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with MRP systems, timekeeping systems, and supply chain platforms

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct shipping and warehouse operations in alignment with the production plan
• Execute and oversee inbound, outbound, and internal logistics activities
• Define and optimize storage strategies
• Plan and allocate material orders based on production requirements
• Manage blade shipments according to the shipping plan
• Promote and lead a safe work environment
• Supervise Shipping/Warehouse staff
• Establish and maintain work procedures
• Provide guidance on the proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials
• Ensure compliance with quality standards
