Job summary

The Senate Sergeant at Arms is seeking a Logistics and Operations Specialist to join our Printing Graphics and Direct Mail (PGDM) team onsite. You will manage asset inventory, monitor requests, process POs, and coordinate warehouse activities, packaging, and shipping for office IT equipment, furniture, and supplies.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment and perform deliveries using Senate Fleet vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of experience with operation of office equipment and basic inventory methods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain asset inventory and support warehouse operations.
• Process purchase orders (POs) and assist with equipment rentals and contracts.
• Deliver and stage materials (IT equipment, furniture, supplies) and assist with packing and shipping.
• Update inventory system and generate reports; assist with flag processes and billing accountability.
