Job summary

D2 Government Solutions is seeking a full-time Logistics / Supply / Warehouse Specialist in Washington, DC. You will receive, stock, inventory, and distribute office supplies across FTC support areas, monitor par levels, and fulfill in-stock requests.

You'll support FedEx shipping, labeling, and shipment tracking, and operate pallet jack or forklift when certified. You will maintain discrepancy records and contribute to monthly supply metrics in a dynamic federal environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, stockroom, supply, or logistics support operations.
• Ability to handle shipping documentation, package preparation, inventory control, and customer support requests.
• Forklift, pallet jack, or cargo vehicle operating experience; forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Ability to lift, move, stage, and track supplies and assets safely in an office or warehouse environment.
• Able to pass FTC personnel security screening, fingerprinting, E-Verify, and suitability processing.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, inventory, and distribute office supplies across assigned FTC support areas.
• Monitor supply par levels and notify the supply manager when thresholds are reached.
• Fulfill in-stock supply requests within required response windows.
• Support FedEx and express shipping, freight loading and off-loading, packaging, labeling, manifests, and shipment tracking.
• Operate pallet jack, forklift, or cargo vehicle when required and properly certified or authorized.
• Support asset movement, storage, and technology-refresh surge staging.
• Maintain supply discrepancy records and contribute to monthly office-supply metrics.
