Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate paperwork and records for shipping/receiving.
• Review incoming deliveries and verify against documents.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and prepare Bills of Lading.
• Ensure material is properly staged and documented.
• Maintain inventory records and shipping logs.
• Support production with material availability and timing.
• Keep warehouse organized and safe.
• Verify documentation before submission and report discrepancies.
