Job summary

At Kenco Logistics, the Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking and packing orders, label printing, and inspecting products to meet shipping demands. You may operate a forklift or order picker and record information for shipments.

Maintain accuracy and quality while supporting inventory tasks and a clean work area. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment and ensure correct items are loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker when required.
• Pack orders for shipment and attach proper labels.
• Record shipment information on specified forms and records.
• Inspect containers and product quality per SOPs.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and ensure inspection readiness.
• Report incidents and assist with other duties as assigned.
