Job summary

Eddie Kane Steel Products is seeking a detail-oriented administrative associate to facilitate daily paperwork for production flow. You will generate and verify job packets, communicate gaps to Sales Services, and monitor material movement to meet schedules.

The role requires strong Excel and MS Office skills, plus excellent organizational and communication abilities, in a safety-focused steel production environment in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills.
• Must communicate clearly and work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Generate and review all paperwork for job packets before sending to production floor.
• Communicate missing information to Sales Services and update packets.
• Coordinate and monitor flow of materials to meet production schedules.
• Create and supply morning and end-of-day reports in Excel.
• Maintain ready-to-ship spreadsheets and update job schedules.
• Attend production meetings and represent floor production status.
