Relocation is encouraged as you learn to optimize fleet operations, monitor KPI performance, and prepare actionable reports for customers and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, OR HS diploma with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel to account, customer, and company events.
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with drivers and reliable outside carriers to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Optimize fleet operations and financial profitability by measuring KPIs and presenting reports and analyses.
• Administer payroll, budget management, invoicing, and related financial/operational tasks.
• Oversee yard operations, equipment checks, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and DOT regulations, manage freight exceptions and driver ETA changes.
