Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead warehouse teams, develop workflows, and drive safety, quality, and performance. The role focuses on labor planning, KPI reporting, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring on-time order fulfillment while maintaining a customer-centric, safety-first culture.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 1+ year in logistics, and 2+ years in a supervisory/management role, with exposure to P&L

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; supervisory or management exposure preferred.
• 1+ years in logistics, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports, building an inclusive team culture.
• Develop workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and improve productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold health and safety compliance and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile KPI reports on productivity and accuracy to inform decisions.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates for alignment.
• Partner with HR to hire Supervisors and select top talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
