Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II for a 3rd shift weekend schedule (Fri, Sat, Sun 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). This role leads a diverse team, develops efficient workflows, and ensures safety and compliance across warehouses.

You will drive KPI reporting, optimize labor plans, and partner with HR for top talent to meet customer demand. You will contribute to DHL Supply Chain’s reputation as a global leader in contract logistics, with a focus on team development, continuous improvement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year logistics industry experience required.
• 2 years in a supervisory or management role required.
• P&L management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and best practices.
• Uphold health and safety regulations with a proactive safety culture.
• Produce KPI reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Foster open communication across leadership and teams.
• Support hiring of Supervisors with HR and site leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Build strong partnerships with customers to drive satisfaction.
