Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in logistics, operations, supply chain, or 3PL leadership.
• Proven leadership with team development and performance management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build customer relationships.
• Analytical mindset to manage priorities and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop teams of logistics professionals.
• Act as primary contact for key customers and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Drive on-time deliveries, inventory control, and order accuracy using WMS.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, quality, cost, and safety metrics.
• Prepare and present reports on financials, service levels, and KPIs.
• Lead process improvements and technology-driven efficiency.
• Maintain and update procedure manuals for continuous improvement.
