On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Logistics Operations Account Manager in Dallas to lead high-performing teams and manage key customer relationships across the logistics sector.

The role focuses on service delivery, operational excellence, and driving customer satisfaction through strategic leadership and strong communication. A background in WMS, financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of logistics, operations, or supply chain leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with success in team development and performance management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop teams of logistics professionals.
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular reviews, and deliver ongoing coaching.
• Drive accountability and foster a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Manage daily operations to ensure on-time deliveries, inventory control, and order accuracy using WMS and other reporting tools.
• Monitor performance metrics such as inventory accuracy, quality, cost and safety.
• Prepare and present reports on financial, service levels, and KPIs.
