• 5+ years of logistics, operations, supply chain, 3PL leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

• Experience using operational data to drive performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

• Lead daily logistics operations to ensure on-time, on-budget, and mission-ready execution.
• Plan and execute high-volume distribution operations with strict time, cost, and quality requirements.
• Manage and develop frontline supervisors and operational team; establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards.

• Monitor KPIs, readiness metrics, and cost controls; implement continuous process improvement.
