Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• Certification in SAP Quality Management and familiarity with ISO standards.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure product and service excellence.
• Conduct internal audits and manage quality documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and logistics, to resolve quality issues.
