Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead the Sales Coordinators responsible for shipment planning, transportation management, and timely customer updates. You will drive on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, and Carrier partners to align priorities and resolve delivery challenges while coaching a high‑performing team to maintain top service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in logistics/order fulfillment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems; experience with transportation management and freight tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Coordinators responsible for shipment planning and order fulfillment.
• Manage transportation planning, on-time delivery, and customer communication to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Carrier partners to resolve delivery challenges.
