Job summary

Rehmann is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support sales and operations by managing customer orders, coordinating delivery, and ensuring exceptional service from quote to fulfillment. The role is fully onsite at Toledo, OH, working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist the sales team, maintain records in ERP/CRM systems, and strive for on-time delivery while upholding quality and compliance standards. Prior experience in related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year experience in order processing or sales support.
• Experience with industrial automation, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
• Knowledge of supply chain, inventory or logistics is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with ERP/CRM/order management systems; EPICOR a plus.
• Ability to work independently and with remote/on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately from receipt through fulfillment.
• Review order details, verify product availability, pricing, and lead times.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare and maintain order-related documentation and records.
• Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Resolve order discrepancies, shipment issues, and inquiries promptly.
• Support sales team with order tracking and administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer/order information in ERP/CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for satisfaction and efficiency.
