Job summary

Thistle is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee direct-to-consumer delivery operations in Seattle and surrounding areas. You will lead logistics coordinators, dispatchers, associates, and drivers to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and a seamless customer experience.

You’ll collaborate with managers to manage scheduling, track performance, implement SOPs, monitor data across systems, and ensure OSHA safety compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating logistics operations or similar roles.
• Familiarity with logistics metrics and SOP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct-to-consumer delivery operations in Seattle and surrounding areas.
• Lead a team of logistics coordinators, dispatchers, associates, and delivery drivers; ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with managers to manage scheduling, time tracking, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Maintain and implement SOPs and policies across teams; ensure OSHA safety compliance.
• Monitor route dispatching, communicate delays to customer service, and report performance issues.
• Identify equipment or team needs and coordinate rapid solutions with management.
• Track driver hours, drops, reimbursements, and prepare report cards to drive efficiency.
