Job summary

ODW Logistics is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee warehousing activities, lead teams, and ensure safety, productivity, and quality goals are met. The role requires effective communication with supervisors and cross-functional partners, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office.

The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach, be able to manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement on the warehouse floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business-related field preferred.
• 3 years forklift experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Warehouse Management System experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs the warehousing team to meet safety, productivity and quality goals.
• Runs reports to maximize building capacity and efficiency.
• Completes inbound and outbound documentation.
• Uses the warehouse management system and timekeeping system.
• Communicates operational issues across departments and with supervisors.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and adherence to SOPs.
• Interacts with management and coworkers to support company objectives.
