• Ensure KPI achievement and client communication.
• Maintain safety, quality, and SOP compliance.
• Coordinate labor scheduling, space, equipment, and manpower.
• Train and develop warehouse staff.
• Manage overtime and flexible scheduling.
• Report progress to Operations Manager.
