Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading and unloading, dispatch and documentation control.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Evaluate and implement changes to improve dispatch productivity and train new associates.
• Provide relief coverage for operational duties when others are unavailable.
• Be proficient with site operating systems to ensure compliance and resolve exceptions.
• Complete records and reports accurately and on time.
