Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse associates, focusing on safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will determine work volumes, schedule tasks, oversee shipping accuracy, mentor staff, and support process improvements.

Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years warehousing, and at least 6 months supervisory experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent
• Minimum of three years experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of associates in the warehouse/distribution environment
• Schedule work and inventories, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee shipping of outbound orders and ensure policy conformity
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations
• Assist in safety program and process improvements
• Maintain associate accountability and resolve grievances
