Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS in Logistics or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years dispatch operations experience preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Experience with transportation management systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks to meet customer demand.
• Track shipments from pickup to delivery and provide updates.
• Negotiate with providers for rates and service.
• Maintain carrier relationships and monitor service standards.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and team members.
• Update transportation management systems.
• Prioritize tasks to impact quality and service.
