Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Logistics Operations Coordinator to support the coordination of road, ocean, and air shipments. The role includes tracking, maintaining records, and communication with shippers and carriers to ensure timely execution.

Responsibilities include problem solving, order management, and providing updates. Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Pay: $20.75 per hour. DHL is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a team or individually.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export/import shipments and establish schedules with carriers.
• Track and trace shipments and maintain SAP-based Transportation Management System data.
• Communicate with shippers and carriers; provide problem solving and order management for customers.
• Prepare and publish daily/weekly reports; analyze performance trends.
