Maersk is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the United States (California) to support daily planning and monitor overall operations of delivery and returns. You will work closely with warehouse staff to pull returns and optimize trailer capacity, ensuring accurate identification of shipments and timely processing.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year in routing/dispatching or warehouse operations, with strong Excel and MS Office skills.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years transportation routing/dispatching/warehouse experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and process all return shipments daily
• Review and work daily return report and POD on dock report
• Organize return area to ensure every shipment can be identified
• Prioritize shipments for loading to maximize trailer capacity
• Coordinate trailer drops and recoveries with Pilot Hub Operations
• Liaise with relevant corporate personnel at all levels
• Help with customer service issues as they arise
• Other duties as requested
